This survey has been created to explore the potential benefits of implementing the STOP HIV/AIDS program at our clinic and to get a “snap-shot” of the potential barriers and/or motivations around HIV testing. It is completely anonymous and confidential; the information shared will only be used by Island Sexual Health to determine whether our clients would benefit from rapid HIV testing and to advocate for funding to implement for such a program.
