Further adjustments to Quadra Street clinic appointment times
Thanks to all of our clients who have given feedback on our appointment schedules. We’re listening!
Beginning Wednesday May 7th, our Quadra Street location operates on a pre-booked schedule although we try our best to accommodate drop-in appointments where our schedule permits. We cannot estimate what wait times will look like for a drop in client as it varies so this is something to keep in mind if you plan to drop-in.

Here are our Quadra Street clinic hours:
- Monday 9-12:30 and 1-4pm
- Tuesday 9-12:30 and 1-8pm
- Wednesday 9-12:30 and 1-8pm
- Thursday 9-12:30 and 1-8pm
- Friday 9-12:30 and 1-4pm
- Saturday 11-2pm
Please note that it is impossible for us to predict what wait times will be with drop in appointments so if you have time constraints it’s best to call us 250-592-3479 to book an appointment.
So what’s the deal with all the changes to appointment bookings?
The recent changes ISH has been experiencing around clinical bookings are directly related to the underfunding and financial challenges that the organization is facing. As a result we have had to cut back on our administrative costs and staffing while trying to maintain the quality and efficiency of our client care.
Overall our aim is to find a system that works best for YOU “the client” in the most cost efficient way possible. The result of our recent drop in booking trial is that it appears we are better serving our clients by providing additional booked appointments.
We hope that you will find that this more finely tuned model provides improved access to our services.
