ISHS offers specialized training for youth in an educator supported program such a leadership or peerhelping classes. Youth training is offered over 6-8 hours in total.
The training sessions include self-reflection exercises, small group activities and larger group discussion. The focus of the sessions are current and factual sexual health information, skill building, and community resource support.
All participants receive a package of training materials for future reference. Training is offered at no cost thanks to Direct Access and United Way funding.
