Thursday Evening Clinic Closures
Effectively immediately, our Quadra St. clinic will be temporarily closing at 4pm on Thursdays due to reduced staffing levels. We will remain open until 8pm on Wednesdays. We anticipate this closure will be temporary while we stabilize funding to be able to restore the regular service levels that you deserve.
Amended Quadra Street Clinic Hours:
- Monday 9 am – 4 pm
- Tuesday 9 am – 4 pm
- Wednesday 9 am – 8 pm
- Thursday 9 am – 4 pm
- Friday 9 am – 4 pm
- Saturday/Sunday/Statutory Holidays (or days in lieu of) CLOSED
Alternative Care Resources
If you require access to care outside of these hours:

- call 8-1-1 and speak with the nurse’s line

We acknowledge that the temporary changes to our Thursday night clinic hours and our phone line hours have an impact on our clients. Please know that as an organization, we are doing our utmost to minimize impact on our clients. These changes in clinic hours, phone line access, and education programming are the result of long-standing funding shortfalls in sexual and reproductive health care. In attempt to manage these shortfalls, we have had to make the difficult decision to reduce our staffing levels. We remain hopeful that these reductions are temporary, as we actively work to stabilize our funding and restore staffing levels and services to the full capacity the community deserves.
