Island Sexual Health Society has offered placements for practicum students since 1994.
We accept students from many different programs including:
* Social Work
* Child and Youth Care
* Nursing
* Women’s Studies
Placements are generally offered between September and June and can be tailored to meet student and agency needs.

While the school strike continues and our Belmont clinic is closed, all Belmont clients can pick up supplies through our Quadra Street location any time during clinic hours. There is no need for clients to make an appointment if you have an existing prescription, just come in and we’ll make sure you get your supplies!
