Alysena Re-call
We have been receiving calls about the Alysena 28 recall. To clarify, we do not dispense Alysena at any of our clinic locations, however; if you have received Alysena 28 from a pharmacy, you should check with the pharmacy you received it from for more information on the recall and how to proceed.
Any time you are concerned about the effectiveness of your method, you are advised to abstain from sexual activity or use condoms as a back up method. If you have had sex in the past five days, Emergency Contraception is always available as an option for added coverage.
