Clinic space for lease

We are offering a bright and spacious clinic space for lease at Island Sexual Health Community Health Centre, located at 101-3960 Quadra Street. The area includes:

1-2 exam rooms available (Monday to Saturday)

  • A bright welcoming, inclusive waiting area
  • Gender inclusive patient bathrooms
  • A shared MOA/common room with your own patient check in area if required
  • Two examination rooms equipped with desks, exam tables, sink, blood pressure cuff machines
  • Space for storage
  • Use of staff kitchen and bathrooms
  • Option to use clinic autoclave and lab space

Office space for Lease

  • Single office available on 2nd floor
  • Can be leased furnished or unfurnished
  • Both offices come with access to community space including a large community room, board room and kitchen space and washroom. Can be accessed outside ISH agency hours.

  • $900 + GST per month

Community Room Space

The facility is accessible by a ramp behind the building and by elevator in the front. The space includes a community room, eat in kitchen, small board room and single wheelchair accessible washroom. Great space to hold meetings, staff retreats, etc.

  • Community Room hold up to 30 people standing and 20 sitting and has a portable white board, TV with HDMI/Bluetooth connection, folding tables and chairs.
  • Board Room has a tv with HDMI/Bluetooth connection white board and table that seats up to 8 people
  • Kitchen area can seat up to 16. It has a stove, fridge, dishwasher and is stocked with dishes.
  • Bathroom – single with wheelchair access.
  • Available for short term rentals
    • $70.00/hour for full space (kitchen/community room/boardroom)
    • $35.00/hour for community room only
