Taking the fear out of paps feature in The Times Colonist

Many thanks to Katherine Dedyna and the Times Colonist for including us in the article, “Volunteer support group aims to make paps easier.” At ISHS, we know the importance of regular cervical screening (aka pap exam) and we also now that it’s so important that people feel comfortable during the process. We do our best to make our clients for comfortable and are able to offer screening by both male and female physicians by appointment. Here’s more info on pap exams. To set up an appointment, call us at 250-592-3479 or you can stop by our drop in pap clinic on October 25th at our Camosun location from 11:30-2:30 or October 26th from 9-12 and 1-3 at our Fort St. locations in support of Pap Awareness Week. No appointment will be necessary during those two days and a female nurse will be available for appointments.
